2. The software

Zoomcast runs inside your Chrome browser. It records only the tabs you choose to record and stores recordings on your computer. It does not upload your recordings to us. You are responsible for what you record, including getting any consent required from people who appear or are heard in a recording, and for respecting the rights of the websites and content you capture. Keep your own copies of recordings you want to keep.

3. Licence

4. Free trial

Recording and editing are free. Your first export is free. Further exports need a paid licence. The free export is tracked only on your device.

5. Purchases, pricing and payment

We, Stalin E Commerce Company, are the seller of Zoomcast. Google is not the seller and is not responsible for purchases, support or refunds.

6. Subscriptions (if you buy one)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Updates and support

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We provide support by email on a reasonable-effort basis. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

9. Third-party services

Zoomcast is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and runs in Google Chrome. Your use of those services is governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every recording or export will succeed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. 14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified by email to customers where practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
