Zoomcast
Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all purchases of Zoomcast from Stalin E Commerce Company (GSTIN 09GSNPP1125A1ZU). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
1. 7-day refund guarantee
If Zoomcast isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.
- Email support@enviable.in from the address you bought with, and include your order ID (it is in your receipt email).
- We approve eligible requests within 2 business days.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it usually appears within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Once refunded, the licence key is deactivated and you must stop using the paid version.
2. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable because the software is delivered instantly and can't be returned. We will still refund you if:
- you were charged twice or charged in error;
- you could not receive or activate your licence and we were unable to fix it;
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
3. Subscription cancellation
If you buy a subscription, you can cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. The 7-day refund guarantee applies to your first payment; renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
4. Order cancellation
Because delivery is instant, an order can't be cancelled once payment completes. Use the 7-day refund instead.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will usually be able to resolve the issue faster. Licences connected to a chargeback are deactivated.
6. Delivery (digital product)
- Zoomcast is a digital software product (a Google Chrome extension). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
- After successful payment, your licence key is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you entered at checkout by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, normally within a few minutes and at most within 24 hours.
- Zoomcast is installed from the Chrome Web Store using the link in your email. It works in Google Chrome 116 or newer on Windows, macOS and Linux.
- If you haven't received your licence within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@enviable.in with your order ID.
