2. Your responsibilities

3. Price and the move to a subscription

4. Renewal and cancellation

5. Refunds

We will also refund duplicate or mistaken charges, and whenever consumer law requires it. Email support@enviable.in with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

6. Delivery

Adstash is digital software installed from the Chrome Web Store. Nothing is shipped. After you subscribe, your licence key is shown at checkout and emailed by Dodo Payments, normally within minutes.

7. Changes and availability

Adstash depends on how Meta builds the Ad Library. If Meta changes its pages, some features may stop working until we update Adstash. We will try to fix breakages quickly, but we can't guarantee any feature will always work. If a core feature stops working for more than 14 days during a paid period, you may ask for a refund of that period.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Adstash is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights where you live.
