Adstash Privacy Policy

Effective 4 November 2026 · Last updated 4 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stalin E Commerce Company (GSTIN 09GSNPP1125A1ZU), 155 Damodar Nagar, Barra, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208027, India ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you use the Adstash Chrome extension ("Adstash"). It applies only to Adstash. Our other products have their own policies.

This policy is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and related rules, and, where they apply to you, the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

Adstash is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta", "Facebook" and "Ad Library" are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what Adstash works with.

1. The short version

2. What Adstash handles, and where it stays

Your settingsMedia type preference and which features are switched on. Saved with Chrome's storage, which syncs them across your Chrome profile through your Google account if you have Chrome sync on. We never receive them.
Notices you've seenWhether you've seen the pricing notice, so it isn't shown again. Stored only on your device.
Ad Library pagesOn facebook.com/ads/library pages only, Adstash reads the page to find ad images and videos and add Save buttons, and may add a media type filter to the page address. When you press Save, your browser downloads that file from Meta's servers straight to your computer. Nothing passes through us.
SearchesWhen you use @ads in the address bar or the right-click search, Adstash opens the Meta Ad Library with your search in the address. That search goes to Meta, under Meta's privacy policy, exactly as if you typed it there yourself.

Adstash does not read pages outside the Meta Ad Library, collect your browsing history, record what you type, or keep a list of the ads you save.

Extension permissions

Adstash's use of information received through Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, transfer or use this data for advertising, creditworthiness or any purpose unrelated to Adstash's single purpose of saving and searching ads in the Meta Ad Library.
